Your experience with BF is nearly word for word my experience. Big Folio not only has compelling web site design, but the outstanding back end service. From the admin dashboard to the ease of true end user customization features.
The best part is, any further customizations are easily affordable at their hourly rates and they understand and exceed your expectations.
More and more I see a huge disconnect between the people who design and implement the technology and those who use it. BF bridges this gap with wonderful customer service and quick response times.
Like you, I can’t say enough good things about this family of service professionals!
