Krista Johns has been a longtime BIG Folio client and we love her. There is something special about our clients who return to us over and over for various needs because we’ve earned their business by being the type of vendor and alli they need in their business. Krista spent quite a bit of time with us at WPPI this year discussing her current branding needs and we took it on with all the determination in the world, to make sure she got the makeover she was dreaming of.
Krista needed a few things… first off… a total redesign of her mark. So her logo was our first job to tackle. We knew her affinity for trees and what they represent to her. We also received a beautifully articulate inspiration board that helped us get to know her style.
From there, came several comps and sketches for her new logo. After a few tweaks to get the roots and flow of the branches just right, we landed on this.
Following the completion of her new mark, we started honing in on everything Krista wanted in a custom blog. She definitely wanted something that was organic and tattered, while still being clean and easily navigated.
Custom projects are always extra exciting. We get to see ideas come to life, out of our brains, off of the paper and pop off our screens. This one was absolutely NO exception.

I love the layout of your site, it gives me some great ideas on my own World of Warcraft (WoW) Site. What theme are you using? Keep up the good work!
